Azhwar Pashuram: Tirumangaiazhwar-1 Pashuram Sthala Puranam:This kshethram is located within the northern prakaram of the Ulagalantha Perumaal temple. This Lord is said to be a part of Ulagalantha Perumal symbolizing the first stage of Vamana Avataram which is  or water-like behavior.

 He symbolizes that as water rushes towards the place where there is a small opening or hole, likewise, the Lord flows into the hearts of the bhaktas and fills their soul with bhakti.
