Hence after the Lord pushed Bali down to Pathalam, Bali requests the Lord to once again see Him as Ulangalanthan( The one who measured the three worlds). To fulfill his wish, the Lord showed Bali this form. *** The Lord can also be seen here in a sarpam form(serpent form). It is said that if one prays here is relieved of all Sarpa-Dosham.
